The Member representing Katcha Constituency in the Niger State House of Assembly Hon. Abdulmalik Bala Yakubu ” Damau” paid on – the – spot assessment to the petrol tanker explosion scene that occurred in Mansantali Woro Essa ward along Baddegi-Agaie road in Katcha Local Government Area of Niger State.
Hon Abdulmalik was accompanied by the Katcha Local Government Vice Chairman and the Chief of Staff as well as Chairman of Village Heads
He however expressed their deepest condolences to the affected families.
In a joint statement, Hon. Abdulmalik Damau along with, Hon. Zubairu, Hon. Ebba and Mal Umar Adamu appealed to Niger State Governor, Farmer Umar Bago, and other relevant authorities to provide immediate intervention and support to the victims. They emphasizead the need for urgent assistance to help the affected families rebuild their lives and recover from the devastating incident.
