The Hon.Commissioner in his Congratulatory message said in the last one year the Niger State Farmer Governor , has proven to be the appealing image of God sent Leader who is ready and boldly courageous in tackling, head- on the intractable challenges that have remained implement to our wheel of progress and development in Niger State.
” With your laudable achievement in the area of Infrastructural Development across the State, you have proved to the doubting Thomases that you are actually the man for the Job” the Commissioner declared.
” Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago came prepared for the Job and in less than one year he has courageously defied all the obstacles and Developmental barriers that had hitherto stagnated the State to Kick Start a glorious and Prosperous New Niger State.”
