Three suspects has been arrested by the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps(NSCDC) at the illegal oil refinery in River State.
The Spokesperson for NSCDC Babawale Afolabi disclosed this in a Press Statement on Monday in Abuja.
Afolabi said that the illegal bunkering activities site was located at Nembe/Odagwa creek in Etche LGA of the State.
Speaking further, he said that a large dug out reservoir constructed and padded with tarpaulin which could contain 100,000 litres of illegally refined Crude- oil was unconcerned at the state
The NSCDC Spokesperson said that the alleged suspects were currently assisting with all necessary information and would be charge to court after a thorough Investigation.
“We advise those engaging in such unscrupulous business to repent or face the full wrath of the Law.
