The six nominees of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for appointment as commissioners and members of the State Executive Council have been confirmed by the Delta State House of Assembly on Thursday.
Those screened and confirmed were the immediate-past Chairman of Ika South Local Government Area, Sunday Tataobuozogwu; immediate-past member representing Udu State Constituency at the Assembly, Peter Uviejitobir; Val Arenyenka; Trakiriowei Harry ThankGod; Ebikeme Clark and Mr Smart Ijeoma Ufoh.
While Mr Okocha Benjamin, who reportedly declined the appointment, was substituted with Mr Ufoh, with his nomination announced at the plenary.
