Unknown Gunmen suspected to be bandits in Lokogoma community, Gadabuke District in the Toto Local Government Area of Nasarawa State have kidnapped and shot dead Mohammed Yakubu, a primary school teacher.
It was reported that seven other residents, including two women were also abducted during the incident that happened on Friday around 12am..
Reacting, the State Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Ramhan Nansel, who confirmed the incident to SaharaReporters on Tuesday said investigation had been launched..
“It’s true the incident happened and investigation has been launched. Effort is ongoing to rescue the victims and arrest the culprits,” he said.
