The flag bearer of the New Nigeria People Party
( NNPP) for Munya/ Shiroro and Rafi Federal Constituency in Niger State towards the 2023 general election, AHMED AWAISU has described as unfortunate the lingering and Notorious Insecurity bedeviling the Nation, particularly, the Northern part of the country.
Awaisu, in an interview with Journalists in Minna recently wondered that inspite of Government ‘s proactive stance at the prolonged banditry, the insurgency has continued unabated, urged Government to diversify strategies and tactics for fighting the devils.
He observed that although, Banditry and other forms of Insecurity were global phenomenal it required steadfastness, total resolve and doggedness on the part of Government to deal decisively with common enemies of the society pointing out that bandits were just being satanic and do not need Rocket science but a committed and determined Leadership to eradicate them.
Awaisu lamented that Shiroro/ Munya and Rafi Federal Constituency had Suffered enough torture of the Insecurity, calling on Governor Abubakar Sani Bello to re – double efforts in the fight.
He however, disclose that he had package different strategies to fast track the development of the Federal Constituency if elected to represent the people during the forthcoming election, emphasizing that although, past Representatives have failed the people, NNPP Leadership would make a remarkable difference.
AHMED AWAISU then assured the people of the Constituency adquate delivery of Dividends of Democracy, providing equal opportunities for the citizens.
