    Alhaji Umar Makun Lapai, Executive Secretary       of Niger State Pilgrims Board, delivering a        message during the House Training of 
   the  Board Staff
 
The Executive Secretary of the Board Alh Umar Makun Lapai, made this request during an in house training of the staff of the board on Thursday.

The executive secretary who appreciated the staff for their various contributions during the 2022 Hajj, equally advised them on the task ahead of achieving a hitch free 2023 Hajj exercise.
He urged them to redouble their efforts towards actualizing tremendous success in the next spiritual outing.
Alh Makun reiterates the commitment of the board on safeguarding the pilgrims, as the 2023 Hajj fare collections have started and seats have been allocated to all the Local Government Areas through their respective Area Pilgrims Welfare Officers (APWOs). 
He however commended the entire staff of the board for upholding honesty and dignity in the affairs of managing the funds of intending pilgrims in the previous Hajj exercise.

“For the two years Hajj didn’t hold, all monies were returned back to their owners without any hitch” the ES explained.
Alh Makun concluded by praying to Allah to provide funds for all those that intend to perform this year’s Hajj as the initial collection of Two Million, Five Hundred Thousand (N2.5m) has started.
