The former Deputy Governor of Delta State, Professor Amos Agbe Utuama SAN, is dead.
Pror. Utuama, who was the Deputy Governor between 2007-2015, passed on after a protracted illness.
It was gathered that the Senior Advocate of Nigeria ((SAN) passed on in the early hours of Saturday in Lagos.
The former deputy governor was said to have been sick since after the passage of his wife, Dr. Nelly Utuama.
