Niger State Governor
The Niger State Farmer Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago has been Commended for his exemplary leadership and historical achievement in various sectors, especially in Agriculture and Infrastructural development.
Engr. Usman Maikunkele gave this commendation during a chat with Journalist recently in Minna.
He said is recent defection from New Nigeria Peoples Party ( NNPP) to the All Progressives Congress( APC) was as a result of Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s innovative approach to governance which has made Niger State a model to States in the North Central Region of Nigeria.

Beyond mere enthusiasm, Hon. Maikunkele said the Niger State Farmer Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago has translated his vision into tangible action, expending extraordinary energy to address long- standing challenges that had plaque the State for years.
Hon. Maikunkele however praised the unrelented commitment of the Farmer Governor ( Mohammed Umar Bago) to the progress and development of Niger State which he said has yielded Concrete and tangible outcomes that have positively impacted the lives of People in the State.
” From Infrastructure to Social Welfare, Gov. Bago’s administration has consistently demonstrated an unshakable resolves to repositioned Niger State towards the part of greatness, thereby setting a paradigm exemplary Leadership.” Hon. Maikunkele declared.
