The Minister of State for Defence, Dr. Mohammed Bello Matawalle has distributed 4860 Rams to people of Zamfara State ahead of the Eid-el- Kabir Celebration.
Dr.Bello Matawalle also earmarked #390 million for distribution to APC Supporters and less privileged persons which is part of his tradition and gesture during festivities in the State.
The beneficiaries included members of the State Working Committee of APC as well as the party’s Executive at the Local Government and Ward Levels in all the local Government Areas of the State.
Others beneficiaries were party elders, Youths, Women groups, Ulamas, less privileged persons, orphans and the needy as well as party members throughout the State.
The Former appointees of Minister during his tenure as the Executive Governor were not left out.
Moreso, a total number of 140 persons were selected from the 14 Local Government Areas of the State and given #100,000 each to support them during the Sallah Celebration.
The Minister however appreciated the people of Northwest Zone for their continuous support to President Tinubu led administration.
He then assured them that the government will continue to its best to make life much easier for them.
