The Police Public Relations Officer( PPRO) of the Abia State Command, Asp. Manreen Chinaka, has warned the public against struggling with armed police officers during traffic stops.
The Police PRO disclosed this in a statement on X Account on Sunday.
” It is wrong to struggle with an armed Police officer on the road. Please corporate with him”she declared.”
” If he conducts himself unprofessionally, gather envidence and report to the CRU.
We will investigate and punish him or her if found guilty. “_ One with gun is majority”.
She explained that Individuals should take note of the location and officer’s name among others, as they will be helpful to file a report of misconduct.
“It is wrong for an officer to stop you and collect your phone.”
” Please corporate and make sure you are not guilty of an offence. Check if there are any witness at the scene.”
