The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Abdullahi Ganduje has attributed his 2027 presidential campaign poster alongside Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma, circulating on social media as the handiwork of mischief makers seeking to create discord between him and President Bola Tinubu.
He said that the poster is the work of individuals likely associated with the Kwankwasiyya movement, aimed at sowing division within the party.
The post bears the slogan “For Nigerians, prosperity and human capital development,” shows that Ganduje and Uzodinma would run on the APC ticket in the 2027 election.
Responding, the Chief Press Secretary to Ganduje, Edwin Olofu, made it clear that the poster is entirely false and should be disregarded.
He however reaffirmed the loyalty of APC National Chairman to President Tinubu and said he is commited to supporting the President’s leadership as well as his vision for Nigeria.
