The Haruna Abubakar Arafat Magaji Educational and Empowerment Outreach (HAAMEEO) has promised to offer scholarships to students from Gurara, Suleja, and Tafa Federal Constituency.
According to Isma’il Yaqub Maila, Organizing Secretary of HAAMEEO, the initiative aims to support the educational advancement of less-privileged students in the constituency.
Maila described education as a powerful tool for societal development, emphasizing the need for necessary attention.
He noted that many students in the area struggle to access quality education due to financial barriers, and the scholarship will help address this challenge.
While acknowledging the efforts of Niger State Governor Mohammed Umar Bago in repositioning the education sector under his New Niger Agenda, Maila stated that HAAMEEO’s scholarship will complement the governor’s initiatives in the federal constituency.
The HAAMEEO Organizing Secretary assured the people of Gurara, Suleja, and Tafa Federal Constituency that Hon. Haruna Abubakar Arafat Magaji, “if elected, will leverage legislative instruments to create opportunities for collective prosperity in the education sector”.
