The Chairman of Mariga Local Government Area, Hon. Abbas Adamu Kasuwan Garba has Congratulated the Executive Governor of Niger State, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago and the entire Muslim UMMAH on the occasion of this year’s Eid-El- Kabir Sallah festival.
In a statement, the Council Chairman described Eid-El- Kabir as a time to appreciate the Almighty Allah for his endless Mercy and Benevolence.
He noted that the lessons of sacrifice and Total Submission to the Will of the Almighty Allah should continue to resonate in the lives of the Faithfuls and guide them in their relationship with the Creator and fellow human beings.
Hon Abbas however urged the Muslim Faithfuls to emulate the Faithfulness, Sacrifice, and Patience which was exhibited by Prophet Ibrahim (Peace be Upon him) as well as the humility and submission to the will of Allah by his Son, Ismael.
