The newly appointed secretary of the Transition Committee of Akure South Local Government Area, Olanireti Adegbeko is dead.
Adegbeko, who was also the assistant women leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Akure South chapter, reportedly passed on in the early hours of Friday.
Sources said she was a dutiful and committed party member.
Meanwhile, Fasua Gbenga, the chairman of Akure South Local Government Transition Committee, has expressed his condolences to the family of the deceased.
