APC Chairmanship Candidate for Gurara LG Niger State
The Chairmanship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gurara Local Government Area of Niger State in the forthcoming council election, Hon. Jonah Ishaya has promised to provide quality Leadership that would propel the Local Government to a greater height.
Hon. Jonah who made the promises during a chat with Journalist in Minna recently said that Gurara Local Government Area is blessed with alot of untapped economic potentials adding that the people of the Local Government need a Leader like him who will joined the Niger State Farmer Governor, Mohammed Umar Bago in harnessing those potentials and transparently manage it for the development of the Local Government Area.
According to him, he joined the Chairmanship race to give the people at the grassroots a renewed hope and help them to create opportunities for collective prosperity and development of Gurara Local Government Area.
The APC chairmanship candidate maintained that his agenda for the Local Government includes Economic Empowerment and Development, Vocational Trainings to equip Women and Youths with essential vocational skills to foster self – reliance and Entrepreneurship.
” It is time we pursue modern farming techniques to boost Food security in alignment with the New Niger Agenda of Farmer Governor Mohammed Umar Bago’s administration.” Hon. Jonah concluded.
He however urged the people of Gurara Local Government Area to come out en-mass to cast their votes for him and APC in the forthcoming council election.
