Niger Republic have arrested a Notorious Nigeria Bandit’s Kingpin, Kachalla Baleri at Rouga kowa Gwani in Guidan Roumdji Community of the Country.
The Chief of the Tactical Staff of Operation Faraoutar Bushinya, Colonel Mohammed Niando who confirmed the arrest said, “Baleri infamous reign was brought to an end on Tuesday while meeting with his Men to plan attacks on Nigeria and Niger Republic.
” The Governor of the Region, CGP Issoufou Mamane and the Prosecutor of the Republic Admou Abdou Adam, commended the Professionalism and Commitment of the troops deployed “
” The arrest of the Nigeria Bandit kingpin Kachalla Baleri marks a significant achievement in the fight against Banditry and terrorism in the region” the Governor declared.
It was be recalled that Kachalla Baleri is originally from Shinkafi in Zamfara State, was Notorious for terrorising the residents of the North-West of Zamfara, Sokoto and Maradi region in Niger Republic.
Moreso, he has been linked to abductions and large – scale killings in the North west as well as the released of a video clips where he displayed bundles of New Naira notes suspected to be money collected as Ransome from Kidnapping activities.
