The Commissioner for Housing and Urban Renewal in Niger State, Hon. Abubakar Umar has reaffirmed the state government’s unwavering commitment to expansion of opportunities across the state.
The Commissioner, in an interview with journalists, shared some exciting developments that were set to reshape the housing landscape in Niger State, recently.
Hon. Umar disclosed that the government has taken significant steps by establishing agreements with land developers to expedite housing projects in the near future.
This collaboration was expected to bolster up the state’s housing infrastructure, thereby addressing the growing need for accommodation in the region.
Furthermore, Commissioner Umar highlighted the government’s commitment to revitalizing abandoned housing projects throughout the state.
This initiative according to him, was aimed at making optimal use of existing resources and addressing housing shortages by bringing these projects back to life.
Notably, the Commissioner revealed that the state government has given its approval for the continuation of the construction of the long-abandoned Three Arms Zone project.
