Aliko Dangote, the founder of Dangote Group, has revealed that both local and International criminal Organisation popularly referred to as “Mafia” made continuous attempts to sabotage his 19 Billion Dollars Refinery Projects located in Lagos State.
Dangote while speaking at the Afrexim Bank Annual meeting likened the oil Cartel to Mafias stronger than the drug mafia hell- bent on maintaining their grip on the Industry.
” Well, I know that there would be a fight but I didn’t know that the oil mafia are stronger than the drugs mafia. I can tell you that, ” Yes, it is a fact” Dangote declared.
The founder of Dangote Group however described himself as a fighter saying they ” tried all sort” to stop him but failed
He pointed out that” As a matter of fact during the COVID 19 period, some of the International Banks were really looking forward to making sure that they push us into default of our loans so that the Projects will just dead . Thank God he did not happened with the help of Afrexim Bank.
