Nigerian Police Force have discovered six projectile grenades, manufactured with incendiary chemicals and allegedly abandoned by terrorists around Ajilari Cross Area of Maiduguri.
The grenades were recovered intact after a comprehensive screening of the area, which has now been declared safe.
However, Zakazola Makama on X, said a Fulani herdsmen violently attacked a farmer in Bassam Galomari Village, Gubio II Ward, Gubio Local Government Area, leaving him severely injured.
Security agencies have been directed to address the crisis and restore order. Security forces remain on high alert to maintain public safety and prevent further incidents.
