RESIDENTS OF MINNA, NIGER STATE CAPITAL SHUN NATIONWIDE PROTEST

Markets, Stores, Transport and Artisan’s shops in Minna, the Niger State capital, continue their day to day activities as traders and youths shun the #End BadGovernance# nationwide protest that began across the country today August 1.

The Achievers focus on line Correspondent in Niger State, Ibrahim Salihu who disclosed this, said that at the early hour of the  morning, commercial buses and tricycle were seen moving on the major roads and streets in Minna matropolis, conveying traders and artisans to their respective markets, and shops within the town.

Though, the resident of Minna had vowed not to participate in the Nationwide protest schedule for 1st to 10th August due to the Intervention of the Niger State Governor, Farmer Mohammed Umar Bago and others shakeholders.

As at the time filling the report, the resident vow not to be part of any protest that may lead to destroying lives and properties.

Security men were manted to strategy points while movement of joints patrol teams to ensure peace stability in the State.
