The Southwest Governors’ Forum have elected Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwolu as their Chairman.
The election took place on Monday during a close door meeting in Lagos State and was attended by all six Governors from the Southwest.
The Lagos State Governor succeeded the Late Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who served as the forum’s Chairman until his passing away on December 27, 2023.
