Police Commissioner in Kano State, Usaini Gumel has that the police will not evict Aminu Ado Bayero the deposed Emir Kano from his Nassarawa palace.
The Police Boss said that they refused to Carry out the eviction order due to the legal tussle surrounding the Matter.
” The Kano State Government had filed an eviction order before the State High Court.
“The administration of Governor Abba Yusuf is jumping the Gun because the same Government filed a Case on the eviction order.”
Therefore we can not decide until the court deliver Judgement on the Case before them
